Astrum Homes, a private equity funded real estate development company, has appointed Mr Irenaeus Vincent as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
In his key strategic position, Mr. Vincent will be in-charge of the overall construction and project management. He has over 30 years of rich experience in the real estate development sector internationally.
He has worked in varying capacities and on several landmark projects across Malaysia, the UK, United Arab Emirates and India. He will bring in his experience and knowledge of global techniques and implementation of latest technology in construction.
