Luxury car maker Audi India on Thursday reported 98.41 per cent jump in its sales for April, 2011 at 375 units.
The company had sold 189 units in the corresponding month last year, Audi India said in a statement.
During January-April period this year, the company’s sales increased by over two—fold to 1,986 units from 967 units in the year—ago period.
“Audi India’s positive growth momentum is a result of our customer—centric approach, supplemented with the expansion of our dealer network and enhancement of our energetic product line,” Audi India Head Mr Michael Perschke said.
