German luxury automaker Audi today announced the introduction of its executive class sedan, the new Audi A6, in Hyderabad priced at Rs 38.37 lakh for 2.0 TDI, Rs 40.61 lakh for 2.8 FSI, Rs 47.78 lakh for 3.0 TDI and Rs 47.84 lakh for 3.0 TFSI ex-showroom Hyderabad.
Launching the new Audi here, Mr Rajiv Sanghvi, Managing Director of Audi Hyderabad, said: “the new car is packed with lightweight aluminium construction and the new design embodies athleticism and elegance.”
This is a successor to one of the successful executive sedans featuring aluminium components and innovative technologies. This is the seventh generation A6 to be launched in India.
“The launch of the new Audi A6 is in line with our top down strategy for India. The new Audi A6 is a perfect blend between the advanced technology of new Audi A8 L and the design features of the new Audi A7 Sportback,” Mr Michael Perschke, Audi India head, said in a statement.
Audi sold over 3,003 cars in 2010 in India and expects to cross 5,000 units sales during 2011 riding on a host of new launches.
