Air conditioner maker Blue Star on Tuesday reported an over two—fold increase in its net profit to Rs 20.54 crore for the quarter ended June 30 as against a net profit of Rs 9.79 crore in the same period last year.
The net income during the current quarter of this fiscal went up by 3.89 per cent to Rs 731.42 crore from Rs 704.03 crore in the year—ago period.
Shares of Blue Star closed at Rs 192, up 3.31 per cent from its previous close at the BSE.
