Chennai-based Aspire Systems has acquired Polish software solutions firm Goyello to help the former launch and scale its near-shore presence in Europe.

Goyello’s team of 120 people will join Aspire’s workforce across Poland and the Netherlands.

“Being a private company, we do not disclose deal terms. However, the target is about €5 million in revenues,” Gowri Shankar Subramanian, Chairman and CEO, Aspire Systems, told Business Line.

This is Aspire Systems’ sixth acquisition in the past five years, and the first with a delivery centre in Eastern Europe, said a press release.

Goyello’s extensive software development, project management and IT consulting expertise will help Aspire serve its European clients better from a shorter distance and with a better time overlap, the release said.
