Cyient (formerly Infotech Enterprises) will announce the second quarter ended September 30, 2014, results on Wednesday (October 15). The board of directors would meet tomorrow to discuss the un-audited results, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
In a separate communication, the company said it recently opened a wholly owned subsidiary in Australia - Cyient Australia Pty Limited.
