Dabur India felicitated its women employees on the occasion of Women’s Day (March 8) with the screening of a special film.
The film on the theme “ #WomenCan” celebrates women’s successful undertaking of multifaceted roles at the company which were previously dominated by men. Lauding various strengths of these women employees across marketing, sales, finance, information & technology and innovation, the film showcases their “unshakeable intent”. .
In a statement, V Krishnan, Executive Director, HR, said, “At Dabur, we are committed to promoting women empowerment. We believe in encouraging women and giving them equal opportunities at the work places, help them grow in life. It also motivates them to reach their aims. This is an initiative to showcase to the world about the importance and contributions of women at workplaces to the development of the organisation.”
