Kallol Datta has stepped down from the board of directors of Tide Water Oil Co (India) Ltd, the company said in a notice to the bourses.
“We hereby intimidate that Kallol Datta has resigned from the Board of Directors of the company as on August 11,” it said.
The company, meanwhile, reported an 8 per cent increase in net profit for the quarter ended June 30 to ₹27.5 crore. Net profit in the March to June period last fiscal stood at ₹25.5 crore. During the period under review, net sales increased by 4 per cent to about ₹288 crore (₹278 crore).
