Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd (DCHL) has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on January 16 to consider the proposal for issue of equity shares on preferential basis.
On Monday, the shares of DCHL closed 0.62 per cent higher at Rs 3.24 on the BSE.
