Realty major DLF has reported a consolidated net profit of ₹334 crore for the quarter ended December 31. For the same quarter in the previous fiscal, DLF had reported consolidated net of ₹4,112 crore.
Total income of the company for the quarter under review stood at ₹2,406 crore. This company had recorded total income of ₹1,855 crore in the same period in previous fiscal.
The total revenue from operations stood at ₹2,219 crore in the quarter as against ₹1,694 crore.
For the nine months period ended December 31, 2018, the company has reported net profit of ₹879 crore. The company had recorded net profit of ₹4,234 crore in the previous year period.
The performance of the company are not comparable in view of different accounting standards adopted for revenue recognition. From April 1, 2018, DLF has started adopting Ind AS115 standard for revenue recognition.
