Financial Technologies (India) Limited (FTIL) has won the prestigious ’Golden Peacock HR Excellence Award’ for the year 2011.
Lt Gen J S Ahluwalia, PVSM (retd), President, Institute of Directors (IOD) and Justice Mr M N Venkatachaliah, former Chief Justice of India and Chairman, IOD Advisory Council, presented the award to Mr Paras Ajmera, Director-Operations & HR, FTIL.
Golden Peacock Award is regarded as the Holy Grail of corporate excellence worldwide. FTIL was selected winner of the award for the year 2011 after a stringent evaluation by the Jury, under the Chairmanship of Justice Mr P N Bhagwati, former Chief Justice of India and Member, UN Human Rights Commission.
Commenting on the achievement, Mr Ajmera said, “Our commitment to invest in human capital, training, team building and creating industry leaders has rewarded us well. We have been able to maintain a consistent track record of being the market leader with over 80 per cent market share and continuously rewarded our shareholders by unlocking value.
