Anand Group company Gabriel India has signed a technology licence agreement with the Netherlands-based Koni BV for suspension products for commercial vehicles, buses and industrial equipment.
As per the agreement, Koni will provide technology that will allow Gabriel to manufacture damper products for original equipment as well as aftermarkets in India as well as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan, a filing to the BSE said.
The association is for the design, development and manufacture of high-end shock absorbers for the three product segments mentioned above.
