GMR Varalakshmi Foundation (GMRVF), the Corporate Social Responsibility initiative of GMR Group, has won PHD Chamber Annual Awards for Excellence 2015.
GMRVF was conferred the ‘PHD Chamber Award for Outstanding Contribution to Social Welfare for the year 2015’.
B.V.N. Rao, Chairman, Transportation & Highways GMR Group, who also oversees GMRVF functioning, received the award on behalf of GMR Group from Rajnath Singh, Union Minister of Home Affairs.
V. Raghunathan, CEO, GMR Varalakshmi Foundation said, “Every award brings a greater sense of responsibility to strive to do better and we will do our best.”
