HPL Electric has reported 12.16-per cent higher net profit at ₹4.85 crore for the first quarter of the current fiscal, against ₹4.32 crore profit reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.The higher profit is despite a reported decline in revenue. Total income during the period under review stood at ₹244.75 crore (₹257.10 crore).
