Indane gas refill bookings in Delhi will now be made only through the new automated unified system. The system, in force from March 15 midnight, is designed to make refill booking faster, simpler and more efficient, and enables Indane customers to book their LPG refills round-the-clock through three modes – IVRS (integrated voice response system), SMS or the internet.
Booking through the IVRS system can be dome by dialling 9911554411 from land-line/mobile phones and following the steps, as guided by the voice response. Customers using SMS for booking must send a message IOC <STD Code+Distributor's Tel No> <Consumer Number> to 9911554411 for the first time. For booking through the Net, customers can log on to www.indane.co.in and follow the instructions.
