Co-working space and solutions provider, iSprout, is on expansion mode. The Hyderabad-based start-up, which had commenced its operations in March 2017 with 200 seats, expects to add 3,000 seats by March 2019.
Sundari Patibandla, Chief Executive Officer of iSprout, told BusinessLine, “Realising there is a huge demand and potential to provide co-working spaces, we began our journey in March 2017 and now we are in the process of adding about 2,000 seats, 1,800 in Hyderabad and 200 in Amaravati-Vijayawada by the year-end and about 800 more seats in Chennai, Vizag and Bengaluru by March next.”
The 1,800-seater facility will be commissioned phase wise with the first phase of 23,000 sq.ft with 450 seats having begun today.
“Our thinking has been different where the spaces we provide enable people to just walk in with an idea and find space to work and grow. It is not just ‘Space as a service’ but we go beyond offering a number of other facilitation services,” she said.
“These include virtual office services, business start-up services, accounting, payroll and consultation, which as a charted accountancy firm, we are able to extend,’’ she said.
Jayesh Ranjan, Secretary, IT and Industries, inaugurated the Hyderabad facility which is spread over 100,000 sq.ft.
