KEC International, an RPG Group company, has secured orders worth Rs 1,300 crore for its transmission, power systems, cables and water businesses.

The transmission business orders account for Rs 909 crore. This includes supply and erection of a 765 kV double circuit transmission line between Aurangabad-Padghe in Maharashtra.

The order for Rs 318 crore is from Power Grid Corporation of India.

This apart, the company has got orders for a transmission line from Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan and Kenya. The power business segment has got orders worth Rs 75 crore and the cable division Rs 182 crore.

The company has also secured two orders totalling Rs 134 crore from the Water Resources Department of Madhya Pradesh for building a canal and dam.
