City-based garment manufacturer and exporter KGI Clothing on Wednesday laid the foundation stone for its new facility at Sri City. Built on a 2-acre plot, the facility will employ 450 people, and 75 per cent of them will be women, a company statement said. The total investment on this facility will be ₹12 crore, it said. KGI’s products include T-shirts, polo shirts, ladies’ tops, skirts, shorts, roundneck shirts and trousers.
