Amritanshu Khaitan has stepped down as the Non-Executive Director (NED) of McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd, which is part of the BM Khaitan family-controlled Williamson Magor Group. According to a notification to the bourses, Amritanshu has stepped down “in view of his other pressing commitments”.
