Kia Motors India’s first TV commercial, “Magical Inspirations, Stunning Designs,” has became the most viewed ad in India.
With more than 236 million views on YouTube alone, the ad has become the single most watched ad on the video-streaming site in India, the automotive company said in a statement.
The Korean automotive company, which has set up a greenfield plant at Anantapur in Andhra Pradesh, is geared to role out its first car a mid-size SUV based on SP concept. It revealed sketches of the car and hinted at a formal launch later during the year.
Kia started the second phase of the campaign today. It aims to deliver on its promise of stunning designs with it first offering. The new facility, expected to begin production in the second half of 2019, can produce about 3 lakh units per year.
