Ma Foi Randstad is now Randstad India.
In 2004, Ma Foi Management Consultants merged with the Netherlands-based Vedior.
Four years later, Randstad (also based in the Netherlands) took over Vedior. Today, Ma Foi Randstad has 65 offices in India and Sri Lanka and operates with over 1,000 full-time members.
Mr E. Balaji, who is Managing Director and CEO at Ma Foi Randstad, will continue to hold the post at Randstad India.
Mr Pandia Rajan, original promoter of Ma Foi a few days ago, said that once Randstad India was formed, he can use the brand Ma Foi for the next three years. He also has the option to buy the brand after the licence period.
The €16.2-billion Randstad will be the largest HR solutions provider in India.
