Mahindra Lifespace has reported a 109 per cent jump in its net profit to ₹22.76 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2015, against ₹10.85 crore in the corresponding period a year ago. The total income for Q4FY-15 stood at ₹268 crore (₹209 crore in Q4FY-14). The board has recommended a dividend of 60 per cent in addition to the special dividend of 60 per cent declared in September 2014 by way of an interim dividend.
