Max Estates, the real estate arm of the Max Group, on Friday announced the opening of Max Towers, the company’s first office project, on the Delhi Noida Directway (DND).

Built with an investment of nearly ₹600 crore and a built-up area of over 5.5 lakh sq ft, Max Towers hosts 19 floors of office space and four floors of amenities. It will house some Max Group companies, but will mostly be leased to corporations, said a company statement.

The building’s anchor tenant Spaces, a co-working brand of International Workplace Group, will be operational shortly.

“We took a calibrated risk when we chose a stressed asset to mark Max Group’s presence as a serious real estate player,” said Sahil Vachani, Managing Director, MaxVentures and Industries.

Developed in around two years, it is probably the only stressed real estate asset in North India to have witnessed such a speedy revival and completion, added Vachani.

Some of the other real estate projects of Max Estates’ include 222 Rajpur, a luxury residential villas community in Uttarakhand, and the redevelopment of the group’s corporate office complex in New Delhi.
