Leading denim fabric manufacturer Nandan Denim Ltd on Wednesday, reported a 61 per cent increase in net profit and a 54 per cent increase in net sales in the third quarter of 2017-18, ended December 31, compared to the corresponding period last fiscal.
While net profit was at ₹13.93 crore (₹8.63 crore), net sales stood at ₹363.40 crore (₹235.22 crore), Deepak Chiripal, CEO, said here.
The company has informed the stock exchanges that Vedprakash Chiripal, Chairman, has bought 2.25 lakh shares of Nandan Denim Ltd from the open market during the quarter.
