Diversified conglomerate ITC Ltd has appointed SRBC & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, as its auditors for a period of five years beginning FY20, subject to shareholders’ approval. Deloitte, Haskins & Sells were the previous auditors. SRBC, established in 2002, is a member firm in India of Ernst & Young Global Ltd and is a part of SR Batliboi & Affliates network of audit firms, the company said in a notice to the bourses.
