Patton International Ltd, on Friday announced the appointment of two Independent Directors, Krishnan Srinivasan, a former Foreign Secretary and Sunil Mitra, former Union Finance Secretary.
A former IFS officer, Srinivasan has been the Deputy Secretary General of the Commonwealth of Nations; while Mitra has also served as the Revenue and Disinvestment Secretary respectively.
Kolkata-based Patton Group, headed by HP Budhia and Sanjay Budhia, and is known for its products such as precision electrical stampings, industrial fasteners, builders’ hardware and roto-moulded products such as tanks and pipes.
