Mani Group, SPS Group and the Synergy Group will together set up a Rs 1,000-crore integrated township styled IQ City in Durgapur, 170 km off Kolkata.
The township will be spread over 100 acres of land and will have residential apartments, villas and a 300-bed hospital. It will also have a school, medical college as well as shopping malls and multiplexes. IQ City is likely to be inaugurated in May this year.
