Novartis India today said it has posted a net profit of ₹ 26.47 crore for the quarter ended March of 2017-18.
The company had posted a net profit of ₹ 2.91 crore for the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
Revenue from operations stood at ₹ 125.32 crore for the quarter under consideration. It was ₹ 145.49 crore for the same period year ago.
The company’s board has approved recommendation of a final dividend of ₹ 10 per equity share of ₹ 5 each for the year ended March 31 , 2018.
Shares of Novartis India Ltd today closed at ₹ 666.15 on the BSE, up 1.09 per cent from the previous close.
