NTPC has signed a term loan agreement for ₹2,000 crore with HDFC Bank and another similar agreement with Syndicate Bank for ₹1,000 crore.
A release from NTPC said both the loan agreements have a door-to-door tenure of 15 years and will be utilised to part-finance its capital expenditure.
