Global auto ancillary major Precision Camshafts Ltd (PCL) today announced its maiden acquisition with the taking over of precision component maker Nashik-based MEMCO Engineering Pvt Ltd (MEMCO) for an undisclosed sum.
“We have acquired MEMCO Engineering. This synergy will help us further strengthen our industry leadership and diversify into a new product range,” PCL chairman and managing director Yatin Shah said in a statement here.
