Raichur-based Shilpa Medicare has informed BSE that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 11 has subject to necessary approvals, decided to merge M/s Raichem Life Sciences Private Limited, a 100% subsidiary of Shilpa Medicare Ltd., with the company to have cost synergies and other operational benefits.
