Genesys, a customer experience and contact centre solutions provider, has appointed Raja Lakshmipathy as its India MD.
Lakshmipathy will be in charge of the company’s expansion in the region. He was earlier with Cisco, and has over two decades of experience in the customer experience segment.
Prior to joining Genesys, Raja led the collaboration business for the commercial and mid-market segments at Cisco India. Previously, he has also served in roles with Avaya Global Connect, BT India and Larsen & Tubro.
He has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Madurai Kamraj University and a post-graduate diploma in marketing management from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
