Renault India, a fully-owned subsidiary of France’s Renault S.A.S., has hiked the prices of its existing product range. The hike was with effect from Tuesday.
The price hike is due to swelling inputs cost, which has driven up the cost of components, the company said in a statement.
Prices of Renault Scala, Renault Pulse and Renault Duster will go up by 1 per cent, with this increase, it added.
Renault India offers five models in the Indian market – premium sedan Fluence, luxury SUV Koleos, premium compact car Pulse, SUV Duster and premium sedan Scala. Renault India also exports the Duster to a growing number of right-hand drive markets.
