Avarna Jain, daughter of RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group Chairman Sanjiv Goenka, will be an Additional Non-Executive Director of Saregama India Ltd. Saregama is a part of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group. She takes charge with effect from Tuesday, the company said in a notification to the bourses.
