Strides Arcolab Ltd has elevated Badree Komandur to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from August 1.
Prior to this elevation, he held the position of Executive Vice-President - Finance and Company Secretary. Badree has over 18 years of experience in the area of finance across industries.
The appointment was approved by the audit committee of the board of directors. He will continue to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
