Suven Life Sciences Ltd has secured two products patents, one each from Israel and Mexico, for its new chemical entities for the treatment of disorders associated with neurodegenerative diseases.
The granted claims of the patents include the class of selective compounds which were being developed as a therapeutic agent and are useful in the treatment of cognitive impairment associated with neurodegenerative disorders, the Hyderabad-based company said in a release issued here on Friday.
The company’s scrip was trading higher by 1.61 per cent at Rs 217.90 on the BSE.
