Contract research service provider Syngene International announced that Manoj Nerurkar, Chief Operating Officer, will step down from his role from October.
The company, in a statement, said that it will announce his successor soon.
Nerurkar will continue his association with Syngene, taking a new strategic advisory role focused on innovation across Syngene’s services, in addition to pursuing an external start-up opportunity outside of contract research services, the statement added.
Syngene's stock closed marginally higher at Rs 621.
