Tata Motors today launched compact sedan Zest and hatchback Bolt in Sri Lankan market as the home-grown auto major aims to consolidate its position in the island-nation.
The Mumbai-based company has launched the two models in partnership with Sri Lanka-based Diesel & Motor Engineering PLC (DIMO).
“These two cars, loaded with many segment-leading features, are built to global design and product standards and will appeal equally to the first time buyers as well as existing automobile owners looking for a new and exciting product,” Head International Business, Passenger Vehicles, Johnny Oommen, said in a statement. The cars will be available for sale, across the country in over 37 DIMO sales outlets from today.
Showroom in Saudi Arabia
Dubai: Tata Motors in association with Saudi Arabia-based Manahil International Company has opened one of the Gulf’s largest automobile showroom and service facilities in Riyadh.
The facility in the Saudi capital is said to be one of the largest in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, a statement released by Tata Motors said.
