TVS Motor Company said in a statement its new scooter Ntorq 125 has crossed the sales milestone of one lakh units in about seven months since its launch. “NTorq 125, our first 125 cc scooter, is also India's first Bluetooth connected scooter. Ahead of the festival season, the company has introduced a new colour – metallic red — for NTorq.
Also, NTorq has become the second largest selling 125-cc scooter in the past couple of months. Suzuki’s 125-cc scooter Access is the segment leader. The 125-cc scooters have been recording a significant growth and this category accounts for one-fifth of the scooter market.
