Viacom18 (a Network18-Viacom Inc joint venture) and Paramount Pictures International (a Viacom company) announced on Wednesday a distribution partnership for Paramount Pictures' theatrical releases in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The first title to be distributed through the alliance will be Transformers: Dark of the Moon , which is slated for release on July 1. Viacom18 Motion Pictures' forthcoming domestic releases are Pyaar ka Panchnama (May 20) and Shaitan (June 10).
