The workers’ strike at Shasun Pharmaceuticals plant in Puducherry has ended and work is expected to commence on Friday, said a senior official of the company.
The issue was over making casual labour as permanent employees. The strike had been on for ten days.
Negotiations between workers and the company ended late Thursday. Details of the negotiations are not clear.
