The board of directors of Zen Technologies Limited has recommended a dividend of 10 per cent or 10 paise a share with face value of ₹1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2018.
The firm, which operates in training and stimulation services, reported revenues of ₹15.97 crore during the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2018 against ₹10.30 crore in the comparable quarter previous year.
It posted a net profit of ₹3.45 crore (₹1.14 crore) during the quarter.
For the full financial year, the firm posted revenues of ₹43.36 crore against ₹66.13 crore. It posted a loss of ₹38.90 lakh against a profit of ₹7.43 crore in the previous year, the firm informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
