CO2 emission is the primary driver of global warming and atmospheric CO2 concentration is at record levels in 2022. Due to this, the global mean temperature is rising, along with increasing sea levels and a reduction in ice volume. Adequate action needs to be taken to limit greenhouse gas emissions and reduce the global temperature rise.
