The Alipore Court has granted bail to Mr D.N. Agarwal, director, AMRI Hospitals, and Mr Sanjib Pal, an employee of the hospital here on Tuesday. The two were arrested in connection with a fire at the hospital's Dhakuria premises in December last year where over 90 people (mostly patients) were killed. With the Judge granting bail to both Mr Agarwal and Mr Pal, 11 of the 13 persons arrested by the police in connection with the fire have been released on bail.
