e-Merchant Digital Solutions has started an academy to teach small and tiny businesses how to go online.
“Though most of them want to go online to enhance the scope of their business, they are not able to afford the huge consultancy and technical costs involved. We will tell them how to go about it on their own,” Shakir Ali, Managing Director of e-Merchant Digital Solutions, said.
“Besides teaching them how to device a plan for Internet presence, we will tell them how to maintain and update information periodically,” he told mediapersons here.
Quoting a small survey his company conducted, he said awareness of e-commerce’s benefits was too low.
