Tata Elxi today said all its employees are safe in Japan, hit by a massive tsunami triggered by an earthquake.
“Tata Elxsi is relieved to inform you that all our employees in Japan are safe and there has been no damage to our facilities,” a company spokesperson told PTI.
The spokesperson said the company has 30 employees in Japan, spread across all over the country but working in non-affected area. The company has close to 20 Indian employees working at client locations in Japan.
Tata Elxi has activated necessary emergency procedures and is continuing to monitor the situation, the spokesperson added.
