Four Army jawans were killed and another injured in a suspected fratricide incident in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district in the wee hours today, a defence spokesman said.
A junior commissioned officer was among those killed in the incident in the 452 Rashtriya Rifles camp in Bijbehara, the spokesman said.
Further details are awaited. The army has ordered an investigation into the incident.
