AB Mauri, a global yeast and bakery ingredients company, is organising ‘Bake with Mauri 2012 Carnival,' a fun-filled event on January 16 at the Gokulam Park Hotel here. The bakers' day out will feature demonstrations of new exciting products, concepts and a cake decoration competition. The best home baker will be chosen from many categories based on taste, presentation and use of technique.
A B Mauri will launch the easy-to-bake Mauri Home Made Goodness range of products. Mr Binu Varghese, Executive Director, AB Mauri India said home bakers in India are not able to explore or enjoy various quality recipes and possibilities in banking as there are limited options for ingredients compared to global options.
