The Hindu Business Line , in association with ITM Business School of Warangal, will organise a discussion on ‘the Union Budget, an overview of Indian economy and challenges, at the school on March 12.
Mr Nitin K. Parekh, Chairman of Trade Commerce Committee of Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Fapcci), would give an overview of the Budget. Mr Parekh, who is also member of the Governing body of the New Delhi-based Indian Council of Arbitration, would give a peep into the taxation part in the budget.
Mr Naresh Dubbudu, former McKinsey Consultant and Managing Director of Abhyaas, would talk on ‘Macro economic outlook of Indian budget', while Mr P. Bala Subramanyam, Research Head of PCS Securities Ltd, would talk on the impact of budget on markets and financial services.
Prof C. Sivaramakrishna Rao, a well-known economist who worked in the Department of Economics of Kakatiya University, would give insights into the Budget.
Dr T. Dayakara Rao, Director of ITM Business School, would also address the gathering.
