Addressing a national seminar on ‘Change Leadership', organised the Department of Management Studies, Fatima College, here recently, he said that it has to be a constant process and ultimate success depended on the culture of the organisation, laid right from inception.
In the valedictory session, Mr Joseph Zacharia, Director, Vikaasa School, Madurai, stressed on the need for the leader to be a ‘change agent'. Dr P. Uma, Head, Department of Management Studies, welcomed the gathering.
